An objection is not a rejection.
You normally have 30 days from the date of the examination report to reply. Missing it can cause the application to be treated as abandoned.
Reasoned replies to examination reports raised under Sections 9 and 11 — distinguishing the cited marks, the goods, and the overall impression.
